You can put a PK-06 right on the ncStar if you want but I dont like that sight so i use a mount and the RMR

i just looted a player scav as a scav, on reserve, when im finishing looting im going out towards the train ( the train honked as i finished looting actually ) and the reserve bully and his goons are 2 meters from my face, they got 3 parts of my body blacked out, but i killed one then ran for my life

is there a point to extract camping with less then a minute? these guys literally sat at an extract, and me being new and only knowing this one to be gate 0 of factory, need through. I got one with some headshots but the two others seemed to like building up bodies in a door way but not extracting

first of all try to go scav if you are broke, even try to straight go to extract as a scav with his spawn loot, and you sure you went to gate 0 and not 3? cause gate 3 on factory it is a spot to camp people more than 0, and when you go to gate 3 don't rush in, check first if there isn't anybody at the corner or whatever ( just run in and out fast, if nobody shots enter and close the door behind you i suggest ) but if you see a pile of bodies outside know there are campers there and if you have a grenade try to throw it behind the big blue container or whatever it is ( on gate 3 on factory ) it will kill the campers i assume or make them run then you can be sure atleast they are there, but there isn't much to do other then try to kill them or go to another extraction if you see ton of bodies at gate 3 door

is anyone having issues with FPS? I'm getting the same FPS in 1440p as 1080p. I have a 2080Super and I'm only getting 70-80 FPS which is the same FPS as a friend of mine with a laptop

Before update had lows of ~55, average 85-95 Fps at 1080p, customized Nvidia Control panel and custom in game settings (can specify, just lazy atm)
After update I get 85-115 fps, same settings all testing done on interchange inside and outside, averaged.

I built it myself so if i have to replace a fan its not so bad
keep dust out of it and it should be capable of handling it
as long as it not some bootleg shitter cooler/cooling system
If you have a desktop pc it shouldnt be to hard to get a can of compressed air and blow out some dust; keeping the fans spinning nicely
every 6 months i remove my fans and clean them thoughly in places i cant reach with them plugged in and installed; I uninstall before i clean but you dont have to go through that lol

Yes I have had that checked since I adjusted my nvidia settings about 60 days ago
Otherwise my pc will use virtual logical processing cores which puts the strain on only the first 1-4 cores of my 8 core cpu
the first 1-4 cores create virtual 'cores' to emulate a '12' or '16' core processor, in games this creates a bottle neck as most video games (specifically tarkov) are designed now to utilize 4+ physical cores, not just the old I7 2600's with virtual cores emulating more than it had

Essentially older CPU's that couldnt handle the intense processing required would only have '2 core' processors
the first one would create 2 'virtual' cores that exist 'metaphysically' for your game to run off, and the other would keep your pc running smoothly; this was known as Hyper threading (ussually used on 4 core+ i7 processors, I used a 2core as an easy to understand example)

This is how to make sure you get your 144hz or whatever your monitor does
if you choose the top resolutions it defaults to 60hz

Anyone with more FPS than 60 is just playing with miliseconds at that point, my 144hz is noticable in refresh rate from my 60hz but for some people they dont notice

and cpu over 70 is just a no no, aiming for 50 celcius and under, 60 is 'acceptable' under load
but if your cpu/gpu paste is not properly applied it can happen, worth looking at.
Speccy can monitor temps across all componets, e z download and e z install/unisntall (may be inaccurate with parts tho, it says I have a i7 7700k and I do not)

ryzen 3700x average 164fps across BF5 and Assassins creed with my gtx 1060gb
with an intel i7 9700k and same gtx 1060 6gb it averages over 195+fps

yes the health resort is the main area for loot and pvp but there are still a lot of small conflicts from people either going to the resort, doing quests or going for extracts

Higher level players will hear you farther and be quieter to you because of their stats
Their recoil control is better, because their PMC is level'd in Recoil Control by playing more than you.
Expect to die, its the only way to level your stats and compete.

So far I haven't and I've just been ratting it to exfil picking up as much as possible along the way but its not going so well due to the oneshots and geared 2 stacks destroying me

scav's are much easier to fight then players, they usually dont have good gear and are slower to react then a player would be. customs is a good fist map, tons of loot and not a lot of highly contested areas to worry about. check out the wiki they have an awesome interactive map of customs so you can see extracts, scav locations, loot locations and spawn points. also try running maps in offline mode while using the map so you can get familiarized with extracts and stuff

possibly, try to avoid hitting bushes, save sprint for open areas, and listen to your surroundings. know that higher level players who have been playing a lot have better perception and can hear you better so if what ever you're doing is loud to you its louder to others around you. be sneaky and if you kill a scav loot quick and dont stick around long, also if you use sounds to your advantage it will help, if you hear lots of indoor fighting near doors then take construction

this game has a very steep learning curve and it takes a long time to understand everything. best thing to do is understand that you will die a lot its going to happen and sometimes theres literally nothing you can do to stop your death, IE lucky nade. but dont give up, every death is a lesson learned and you will get better

Nah Trigger it just takes a bit of time, learn the maps, I know everyone says it, but literally I know the best routes through customs if I need to avoid combat till I can get a gun on my hatchet runs and I know where most people go. I have had it save my life a few times, granted I still die a lot, but you just have to find your playstyle and do that

As I said I used to gear up in my raids and eventually kept dying and when I saw one of Pestily's zero to hero runs video I thought it looked like fun, now I do it all the time.
