don't worry it is pretty easy, at the start i didn't knew the map too but after i actually tried looking at the map of the area, it is easy, only two exits for PMC, one outside OLI and one outside IDEA store, IDEA exit is at the train tracks after those roads that are going up to the bridge, ( or it is OLI's exit i don't remember ) and OLI's exit is some kind of a checkpoint

when you play a map a ton you'll learn where the spawns are so whenever you spawn you'll be able to know "there can/will be people coming from this direction so i need to go another route to play it safe" if you're trying to avoid people
