@stray timber regarding that reload bug: no, I haven't noticed any pattern with a particular loadout. It's only happened a couple times. Both on an m4 though
and the weird thing is both times when I alt+f4 and load back in, the drum mag is back to full but my next mag is completely empty, which is weird

eh shotguns you can get from your scav runs and eventually you'll find the armor on a scav every now and then, for checking you can rush dorms and run away for the key sanitary standards was luck for me pretty much. What maps are you playing on?

try learning shoreline or reserve offline and go scav hunting to level up quick thats what i did early on

Run 150k loadouts (3BTM, Soviet old helmet, SKS/mosin) or pistol run. It’s not that hard to get to level 10, find some people to play with.

With the new overweight system they really need to re-think the weight that the strength leveling starts at. Having it start at 90% carry weight with the overweight system is painful.

You have less control without the weapon fully braced in your shoulder than when its on your hip, and the accuracy of an actual full auto on rock and roll is a lot lower than the game makes it.
As for thats the entire purpose. Make it tougher at the start because you arent going to actually increase your str gains unless you are pushing yourself, Hence the 90% requirement in order to improve it
