@burnt jay you can view durability on guns, helmets, armor and armor rigs. you won't probably ever have to repair a gun but as far as armor I repair until max durability is around 60% of what a new one would have

Customs, the construction area has a fuel tanker in it, you need a key to unlock it called the Machinery key

you'll find the watch in the cabin and it's a quest item, meaning it won't appear in your normal inventory but you will lose it if you die

When we always went on night maps cuz I figured night maps would be less PMCs,but some people say (and I think theres some truth to this.) that night raids bring out the better skilled players. Is that the case in your experience? Do you do better on day raids than night?
If you had a choice, would you rather....race to get the best loot, or go slower and hope you hear a PMC going fast? Which is better.....
A lot of the higher skilled people i play with think the former is better but I think conventional logic dictates the latter?

Oh, so when upgrading the generator to level 2 for example. You need 15 wires. A task also requires you to find 5 wires in raid. I had the 5 wires ready in my junkbox and proceeded to buy the 15 wires from the flea market. However when upgrade it automatically sucked the 5 found in raid wires and 10 of the wires I bought. Bigg zzzz and was just wondering why TF you can't choose which items to use

reserve has a big Dome wich attracts a lot of snipers too

shoreline also has a big open area, which is mostly empty. People mostly go to the resort in Shoreline , and that's close combat

customs is a beginner map, but a hard one really, it's a map with a lot of choke points and high traffic areas

Insurers differ little.
Prapor is cheaper, takes 24-36h (19-25h with Intelligence 2) for return and keeps it 3 days.

First thing to do is RESET EXPECTATIONS. Doesn’t matter how much or how well you do in
other shooters. This is a knowledge game. You will die and die due to lack of experience not
gear. Experience. It will require persistence and commitment. You need to learn maps, scav
behavior, PMC behavior, what is good vs. bad ammo. Practice OFFLINE mode, with scavs on,
at Customs. Try to make it from spawn to exit 10 times. IF you can do this 50% of the time then
you are ready for online. Meanwhile use your scav at Interchange to get loot and learn the map.

Customs is kinda necessary to learn early, because most of your early quests are there. After that, probably best to learn a map to make money on. Reserve, Shoreline, and Interchange can be good for making money. Having a map on a second screen or device is the easiest way to learn maps and extracts, especially if you run around in offline mode for a bit with the map open. In game maps are worthless. Also, offline mode can be good to help you learn how to fight scavs. @bold kernel
