2. buy stuff from him that is also on the flea market that you can sell there for a similar price like for what you can buy from him (aka buy somehting for 20 and sell it for 20 or 21 or 19 you only loose the comission fee and the difference takes longer but lose less money

I'm an experienced tarkov player and I don't bother doing the quests and levelling traders any more. The flea is fine as long as you're able to make money. I pretty much just play factory only nowadays and make my gear and money from taking people's stuff from them. It's definitely worth doing quests as a new player, but it's not like you need to rush them

the armor pen is all about chance, even though the charts tell that they "penetrate tier 4" for example, it just means it has a fairly reliable chance to pen at that point. in NoFAM's chart the BS and Igolnik have eqaully good pen against tier 5 for example, but even at that point the igolnik does have better pen since it has far more reliable one.

other shooters. This is a knowledge game. You will die and die due to lack of experience not
gear. Experience. It will require persistence and commitment. You need to learn maps, scav
behavior, PMC behavior, what is good vs. bad ammo. Practice OFFLINE mode, with scavs on,
at Customs. Try to make it from spawn to exit 10 times. IF you can do this 50% of the time then
you are ready for online. Meanwhile use your scav at Interchange to get loot and learn the map.

I get kills, loot but if I don't start off with a backpack I basically get screwed and have to leave tons of loot behind. Can you loot them from scavs?
