Lots of people just talk about how to make money because in the beginning your are going to die a lot and will go through your gear/meds and need $ to buy more gear and meds. If you don't know how to make $ then you will be one of the people who is always broke and thinks the game is terrible

Avoid scavs and players.

IF you want to post every item on flea go for it...however as you level you won't be increasing your "spent" criteria for traders and therefore won't be able to level them

Leveling traders gets more things from them as in they offer better stuff. If you level them you can buy brand new armor from them vs. the damaged armor on flea. You can just buy the weapon and weapon parts you want and mod the weapon how you want.

Flea is Players selling to players to make a PROFIT. They are in a sense taking advantage of supply and demand and selling items to people who cannot access them from traders and marking up the price for the opportunity.

Just my advice. Everyone has to do what they feel is best.

As far as what to upgrade in Hideout first thing should be workbench.

Upgrade Workbench in Hideout. Then go to flea and examine every weapon and weapon part. That will give you full functionality of the EDIT PRESET function. You can swap parts in and out at will and the parts do not need to be in stash to use this feature as this is a “virtual build.” If you like what you made you can “save” it with a custom name and it will allow you to buy all the parts with the Assemble puzzle piece. Use cog wheel in buy parts section to determine if you only buy from traders or include flea offers.

bullet damage depends on a lot of things but idk about in game.

usually a faster bullet will pass thru its target causing less damage cuz it passes thru cleaner and without tumble. idk how they translate that into game tho

If you're a new player with stash issues make sure you're pulling the mags + pistol grips off your guns that are sitting in your stash

Some items go to flea and for me that is tech/hardware that the flea pays more than Therapist. For example Flea pays about 40K for propane while therapist is less.
