5.45 BP is minimal, you will struggle agaibst class 5. BT is a significant upgrade and will do fine against class 5. BS is the best 5.45

Not everyone can aford BS all the time. BP is an acceptable round, imo though. It is still good enough to kill anything you see.

I have also killed PMCs with good guns, bad guns, etc... Even have a fair number of buckshot kills against players recently. If you feel you need to use best ammo all the time, fine.

that is not the same. That is a basic rating of how well ammo will penetrate. Go check out his actual spreadsheet and you will see that he has tables showing pen chances after each shot for different armours. Much more detailed than that

Sprinting resets to fast walking. Been like that for almost a year now I think. If you were hobbling likely took leg hits or lost stamina. Taking hits reduces stamina too.

Don't think there is a key binf to change that behaviour. I remember that before that change a lot of people wanted it to go back to fast walk after sprinting. After the change a streamer complained a little about it because he would sneak up on people and when they started shooting, sprint, then go back to slow walk.

Try to make it from spawn to exit 10 times. IF you can do this 50% of the time then you are ready for online. Meanwhile use your scav at Interchange to get loot and learn the map.

If you have the game stored on a HDD and NOT a SDD and are running Windows 8+; You can "optimize and defragment" your hard drive to give it a little touch up.
Additionally, if you're using a Intel / AMD processor that features Hyperthreading / SMT you can go into Tarkov and select "use only physical cores" unity based games don't like those features.

@humble dagger Those are both low level armours. Differences between armour will be overall durability and repairability. I do not the differences off hand.
Essentially use them if you have nothing better and don't worry about them.

@open lotus That is a preference thing. I strongly prefer Interchange. I fel interchange has easy to find exits, easy cheap loot runs. Lots of loot without keys and difficulty can go up all the way to Killa hunting.

Does this mean I can basically die from losing a non-vital limb? I got shot twice in my left arm by two scavs and died. I dont know what kind of weapon can do that much damage. Recap said I died from a shot to left arm. I was wearing class 4 body armor too.

arms aren't saved by body armor unless otherwise specified and even then it's usually only the shoulder

@inner sentinel so now I'm stuck in a cycle. Run a SKAV, get nothing out of it cause I die 2 out of 3 times, then run my PMC, maybe a minute, maybe 25 minutes, but always ending in death. And now either my SKAV is on cooldown or my PMC is on "health cooldown."
