So it's definitely good money, but takes 26 days or so to pay it back from the cost of the gpus

@timber kernel I'm assuming you have a 60hz monitor, so you're not going to benefit from anything over 60FPS. That said, I'd take FPS over image quality if I had to choose. Do what you can to get to 60 and call it good

@torn ether First thing to do is RESET EXPECTATIONS. Doesn’t matter how much or how well you do in other shooters. This is a knowledge game. You will die and die due to lack of experience not gear. Experience. It will require persistence and commitment. You need to learn maps, scav behavior, PMC behavior, what is good vs. bad ammo. Practice OFFLINE mode, with scavs on, at Customs. Try to make it from spawn to exit 10 times. IF you can do this 50% of the time then you are ready for online. Meanwhile use your scav at Interchange to get loot and learn the map.

Go to #521628660298678283 and #news-setup so you can get the PMC role and see all of Discord. IF it doesn’t work can PM the @ contact moderator bot for help.

Ah, in that case, IDK what to tell ya. I'm running a 144hz as well, but limited mine to 60 to avoid frame skips. I'm not sure you're gonna see 144 in this game with a 1060. Your best bet is consistency IMO. If you can maintain ~100, you should be able to limit to 60 and have no problem with stutters. That's been my experience at least
