Basic kits I can recommend is the 'Ratnik' helmet with comtac 2 if you can afford it. Grab 6b13 armor if you can.

The biggest thing to learn is callouts if you ask me.

you can upgrade hideout to increase health regen after raid, in raid best is ai2->car->salewa->ifak everything except ai 2 is also a bandage so thats a win

@spice cliff there is a shooting range but it takes a long time to upgrade and be able to use it. play in offline mode to practice, you dont lose your items
