Go offline Customs. Try to make it from Spawn to exit 10 times. When you can do that 5 out of 10 times you can try online. Meanwhile between PMC runs use your scav on Interchange.

I had the same issue as you on my first run @bold kernel ! Spawned in that smokestacky area of Customs that has quite a few doors like that. If breach is the top option you almost always can't open it. There are a few doors you can in fact breach but I wouldn't worry about that yet.
@bold kernel If you load in as a SCAV yourself, by default AI SCAVs will not shoot at you. They will only become aggressive if you shoot one of them
