So a 40/100 armour is equally as shit as a 40/40 repaired one that was 100 when it was fresh
75% is a pretty decent bench mark value to go for, under that it start becoming a bit iffy
This is also why armours like the Tactec, 6b3tm or Killa armour are so good, as they repair incredibly well

If you're running mid level, then just get a steel helmet from ragman, unless you're goin somewhere you KNOW you're gonna be in super close quarters where a faceshield is gonna make the difference.
