my preferred low tier budget armours are the 6B5-16 rig, since it has fairly high durability, and the zhuk-3 press armour, you usually get both back in insurance, and the zhuk 3 repairs super well, go in with a micro rig or a scav vest and you can big up a better rig off a dead scav
