not always, but newer players tend to slow walk in halls/rather open areas and just slow walk around the map

in this case you'll lose almost any engagement.

unless you catch someone offguard.

But speaking from personal experience in CQB -> aggressor nearly always wins

And ammo is an important factor when killing someone, if you shoot with really bad bullets, it'll take ages to kill a geared guy
