Inside the mall yeah. You can get several industrial loot in the actual store of oli. Though I usually run the tech stores. First the one below right beside the escalators and then move up to the 2nd story of the building and move into tech link or whatever you would call that store
Most people rush tech link though because you can have GPU, tetriz and other spawns

Use the scav runs to learn maps. The other scav don't shoot at you as long as its not a player scav. just move slow and look around.. Use the Maps on the wiki to learn where you are when you spawn.
