Upgrade Workbench in Hideouts. Then go to flea and Examine everything you can especially all weapons and weapon parts.

Then Right click on the M1A and EDIT PRESET.

If it's examined you will be able to mess with builds using all parts t hat will fit on the weapon (AS LONG AS IT's EXAMINED).

Tip. Don't examine keys ahead of time. That way when you find a key in raid you know if you already have it based on if it's examined yet.

I examine everything as soon as I can. That way I can just take it or equip it in raid without having to examine first. Time taken examining is time for someone to line up a nice head shot.
