Says SB193 is the bullet with most penetration, although in the game description it has one of the lowest bullet velocities, while the L191 has a much higher bullet velocity. I know the difference of " 4 " related to penetration is minimal, but still, shouldn't the L191 be a much better bullet for penetrating armor? Or the SB193 has something special?
