@warped epoch Look at the top right of your trader windows when you're trading with them. You'll see a I II III or IV and it'll indicate what "loyalty level" they are

next to that is money spent and reputation (i.e. 0.3 or 0.4) or something then it'll say where you're at and what you need til next level with them

you go through and unlock a lot of stuff by doing quests and leveling up with each of them with their tasks and spending money with them
