especially if they're full sprinting around the map. you get a feel for it as you play more, but it's really hard to give like a list of tips to "improve" at tarkov. It's a brutal learning curve. Just make sure you're using good ammo, playing safely as in not being out of cover too often, and the rest is sort of experience.
