Fun fact for beginners, you don't have to accept quest rewards right away from traders. You can leave them in their inventory and return any time you want. Be careful doing that with prapor, because you might confuse your returned insurance items with your quest rewards and lose them due to the insurance timer

Helps with inventory management

Especially useful with therapist, she can hold tons of meds and water for you
