It isn't uncommon for me to stick to a strong position near spawn for the first half of the raid.
and rush for task/extract with 10-15 minutes left. If you know the map then 5 minutes will get you across the map in most cases.
Later you move in the raid. more likely most ppl are dead and their is gear for you to switch to.

your mag needs a space to go into your rig when you reload
so the way you have it is currently good
but don't fill those 2 slots

your guy takes the mag out
inserts into rig
then takes the next one and inserts into gun
if he has no slot to put the mag in he will just drop it
double tapping R does a speed reload where your guy just skips that and throws it
so don't spam R either if you want to keep the mag
