Patience. Tons to learn. Use online maps to learn the maps. Use the WIki (https://escapefromtarkov.gamepedia.com/Escape_from_Tarkov_Wiki) all the time. Look up tasks on wiki to find out what you need to do. Play slow.
Reset EXPECTATIONS. Good at other shooters? That's nice but doesn't matter here. You will die A LOT and it will be frustrating. Push through it.

It's been a minute since I did it. I'd do two sugar and then a water. See where that takes.
Idea is to go to 0 hydration and then back up to 100.
Also check your Metabolism skill before you start and after you've eaten/drank all of it to see how much it gained you for the cycle. I think I did it in 2 cycles.

Just remember @thin dawn If you sell things on flea (or buy) you are not working towards the "Spent" requirement to be eligible for trader level up. Also items on the flea are usually higher priced than items from traders (assuming you have the trader level to buy it).
My advice is if the price the trader will pay for the item is close to the flea price (factoring in posting tax) then sell to the trader.
If it's significantly different feel free to sell on flea.
If you can buy an item from a trader for about the same price as it sells on flea buy it from trader.
Also for armor on flea keep in mind much of it is damaged and after you buy it you will have to repair it.

I spent a little over 2 million yesterday upgrading Hideouts and was down to about 50K. Ran 3 runs on Interchange (didn't fire a single shot first 2 runs) and was up to 700K after 3 runs.

Any advice for managing my stash as a new player? I have my bags all nested, I have a ammo box (only box I've been really able to afford yet). I have probably 5-6 kits, all my guns that can have their stocks folded, and I have every single space of my stash full. Only have about 1-2 body + 1-2 helmets. Should I just be selling everything except enough gear for like 1-3 good PMC runs and buy back as needed?

@gilded path cheap guns that are effective enough, Vepr Km, sks, sv98/mosin, vepr hunter, and j suggest avoiding 545 and 556 until you have access to 545 BP and 556 m995 but ak74n/m, ak105, ak103/4, are all cheap

Ok bear with me. Guns have durability. Durability has a link to accuracy. A gun with 80 durability has a 100% accuracy debuff. The adar starts at 80 durability. The adar is immediately ineffective to 100m and gets worse as its durability worsens
Take the .07 circle. Multiply the diameter by 2
That's the accuracy at 100m with adar
