Car batteries are around 170K
But you will need them for Hideouts and tasks so at the same time you may want to keep them. This patch has changed a lot of looting habits. I used to sell 90% of what I picked up on raid (only keeping a couple task items or so) but now I'm keeping 80% or more because I need it for Hideouts and tasks.
However I was down to 34K yesterday morning buying a 2nd Lucky Scav Box and within a couple hours was back up to 700K looting like I mentioned.
Ollie is still possible for the hoses but they have dried up a bit there. Mil base and parts of Shoreline are where I've found most recently.
