automatic that don't do well vs armor are mpx or those smg's with very low recoil

then once you have some traders level 2, you can go for ak-47n/m builds with budget for decent recoil auto wep +good ammo

My advise is patience is key. Watching streamers isnt everything, use the wiki and look up maps. Learn when to fire and when to hold shots. Know your surroundings and your paths you have to take. Know what paths other players take. Dying is the best experience and only way to truly analyze your situations and improve.

mmh but why tarkov is different is that you can jump into a fortnite match pretty easily and get better just by grinding at it. tarkov it's actually extremely difficult to practice pvp because at low gear every fight is over very quickly, most of the time it's your lack of situational awareness that lets guys hit you from a distance you would never see coming, and it's just generally hard to train a lot of these skills due to how the game is structured

Thing is with tarkov the gear isnt the biggest problem, if you have the map knowledge and audio knowledge and skills...you can usually win against other players, if not win. at least know how to pick engagements.

What you said about fortnight royal mode gaining skills through grinding, true. With fortnight you can just go REEE DURRRRR HUUU BRRR and grind and then do decent. With tarkov the moment you think about doing that...you die.

with fortnight, there is ONLY the option of trying a gunfight. However against those "OP" players with "OP" gear...have you tried maybe not engaging? understanding their positions? and stalking them gearing up on their leftovers and extracting while taking engagements you can afford? Because that is an option that is in tarkov you can use. The goal is to survive, not be chicken dinner or some sht, tarkov is not a BR game. Stop playing it like one all the time.

errm. shoreline you can cross the map at gas station, power station, or several places near resort. customs you can cross at gas station or go above it through the woods. or if you have the key you can almost ignore all that.

so are extractions random and doesn't tell you where, i have ran three raids and pressing O doesn't show me extractions and looking at maps and going to those extractions i can't get out

Check your key binds, may need to double tap o. Extracts are usually the ones on the other side of the map from where you spawn. And they did rename some in .12

no it wasnt lag. its happened ALOT. no gunshots. no enemy in my los. I just stand in a spot, my guy grunts and takes damage, i move away, it stops, i go back to the spot and then die

@torpid wraith in the last wipe at least there was a bug where every scab and player on the map would be visually frozen on their spawn but would move around, you just start taking damage and die, if you notice it run to a safe spot alt f4 and re launch it should fix it if you are lucky enough to be alive

It’s really rare though maybe only happening 4 or 5 times in my 200 hrs
