It levels super fast just by playing, just eat every food item you find in raid. If you actually wanna cheese it then you buy something like a jar of mayo at the begining of every raid eat it (it wil make your hydration 0) and then drink a bottle of water to restore it. As points for metabolism are gained per hydration/energy point restored thats probably one of the fastest ways. And remember that eating in stash does almost nothing to lvl metabolism. For best results all eating has to be in raid

any of yall having any issues with playing tarkov lately, my PC struggles to load in to raids bigger than labs and after usually 8-12 minutes of waiting for the lootpools to finish, it crashes and restarting the game and reloading isnt any different

just a week ago the game was running without any issues, drivers are up to date, over 60gb of space on drivers and graphic setting arent changed in any way

GTX 1080ti and Ryzen 5 3600 IIRC, 16gb of ram

ive noticed that when loading to bigger raids, tarkov takes around 10gb of memory
