It depends a lot on how you play. I utilize ambush tactics, concealment is a high priority of mine and so I do not use helmets as they don't exactly help the shiluette. In any other situation wearing at least a ratnik should probably be a goal.

Okay for part 2 use the specific type of AKS-74 that mechanic gave you, remove the muzzle brake and fold the stock, switch the handguard for the zenit b-11, add the KAC foregrip, then add a 60 round mag and it should be good to go

For part 3, either use an MP5SD and add the HK MP5SD B&T Tri-ring rail mount, NcSTAR blue laser, and an HK MP5 50 round drum mag. If you can only get a standard MP5 then first remove the upper reciever and add the HK MP5SD upper receiver, MP5SD suppressor, and MP5SD handguard all from peacekeeper LL2 then add the items from the first sentence.

Always remember that ammo is way more important than guns, so choose guns based on what ammo you can buy.
Early on your best options are:
UMP-45s (buy Knives at Fence and trade to Peacekeeper) with FMJ is the best option, but the most costly,

Mosin from Prapor with FMJ is great if you like bolt actions,

KEDR-B with PSV or PPSH with LRNPC are both good for close-range high-damage guns you can spray legs or face with.

If you can find good 545 (PP, BP, BT, BS) or 762x39 (PS, PP, BP) then those are also options.

exactly, you probably can't. So don't do it. Don't peak against 5 people, don't peak against a single person.
The way you take out an enemy force with minimal self risk is by never letting them see you. Reposition, use concealment, and the moment you reveal your position, retreat before they're able to return fire.
The only way for the enemy to win, is by not fighting.
