id always advise to hotkey one heal + one bleed + one heavy bleed, healing is cheap and it saves you having to tab. Spare meds in container is fine

remove mags and pistol grips from weapons you arent using. (halfs the footprint) also folding stocks if possible.

try to get two scav boxes minimum (one for quest items one for junk and overspill)
