if you spawn on the coast or at the front of the camp kill the grenade launcher gunner and then sandbag gunner
usually you can snipe them from the big mountain

I'd go for a 7.62 AK instead of 5.45 tbh. It'll hit a lot harder. I disagree with McDoggo, you should have a painkiller (e.g morphine) or propital on a shortcut in your rig or pockets, to quickly regain movement if you get shot. Goldenstar in your pouch is fine.
You should also probably put a shortcut on your calok
I would also bring 2 extra mags, especially for a 5.45, which takes a whole 30 round mag to kill someone :p

snipers have a much faster muzzle velocity however so you don't have to lead too much at distance
i know with the rfb if someone is running horizontally at like let's say 200 meters you will have to lead like 1-2 feet in front to get a headshot
there's a lot of factors involved like the direction they are running in and distance/ where you are vertically
