Hmm I would say desync. TBH this week I myself had insane anount of desync. Dying to invisible scav, hearing a shot half a minute after it pass near my head, immortal scav (takes 8 M80 to the naked head from 5m and doesn't die), insta dying to quick peeks and 3 disconnections. @high ridge I would honestly say not a hacker. You laid down, which is actually super loud and if he was by "unknown dead body" he would have heard you. I am betting the grenades were just lucky landing at your feet like that and sitting right in the middle of the opening like that was a bad position. At the end you sat right across from where he threw the grenades from and usually they will see you threw the bush before you see them in the bush. Not to mention thermals are a thing. So it would have been better for you to fall back away from the wall and either run around to flank or back far enough that you could camp the "hole in the wall" from a bush where they would not expect you to be.
