So the damage that would have gone into the other healthy arm is also instead spread to the remaining body parts. The *0.7 damage modifier only applies once and is taken from whatever body part is hit

You're also aiming at his jaw btw HeyItsMe, so while you maybe 'should' get a headshot it also might count as upper chest hit
I know 9mm arcs decently so its a good chance you should hit face from that at that distance since that sight zeroes for 50
