I‘m aware of the 9x39‘s rainbow performance being the heavy boolet that it is, though I‘m unsure if the PSO is a viable choice on the gun nowadays. Will see for myself tomorrow eventually.

If it's a point of aim vs point of impact thing , have you considered using "default" vss ammo to see if it hits where you want it to ? I will wager that's the issue.

I know there was a change in ballstics around .9 and .10 . They might have simplfied zeros then to be "standard" with the weapons "default" ammo. WHich would cause fucking hugeee point of impact shifts with the VSS due to how wide the range of MV is

Is that because the zeroing though? The default zero for the small frame red dots is 25m meaning the apex of your 9x39 is aroun 15m and it doesnt' start falling until you pass 25, so until you start shooting at 50m you're not going to noice a whole lot of verticle displacement.
