If you really want to calculate it out find his velocity over the 6 inches traveled between first shot(centerish of head) and second shot(over shoulder) and compare to the fire rate, but it seems pretty legit to me.

I don't know what to tell ya, bud. The clip shows no signs of lag or desync at play. Simply his helmet deflected the first bullet and then you didn't follow him so your subsequent bullets went over his shoulder.

@humble dock my solution is just drop the dmg to 79. Let the least pen round 7n1 do most dmg for lucky 1 tap chest shots. Let the LPS be the one shot to chest with its 18% fragmentation chance. Leaving you with 1 hp on chest or a lucky kill. This will balance the round as it is super common and accessible round. I dont actually have ability to listen to video but I'm curious to hear your solution when I get around to listening.

actually, the instant replay thing is something else. there's this nvidia feature where you get a little extra button at the raid end screen where you can go through all the 15 sec clips of kills and decide to save them or not
