Grab some facecover, slap on those 3k rouble drippy 6b43 to hide the reflections on face even further, use lvl 4 helmets rather than ratniks - more shit's gonna bounce off (good budget ones are tc 2001 and 2002). Use bigger rigs as well, not gonna overpay much but that is gonna give you more space (umka, azimut, Tarzan are the go to for me). About meds - kinda your preference, but I'd use some quick slot stuff (hemo and bandage at least)
