Well I don't know, depends on the perspective you look at it from. Like, for comfort of using - 93 and lower, since it adds a bunch of jams. For accuracy - depends on the gun, some have a lower decrease, while some have it higher (therefore worse), plus depends on how are you planning to utilize the gun. Overall, the border line case scenario is 60 and lower, since then you cant even resell it to the traders (60 and lower total durability).
