DVD sell, Aramid sell, You only need 3x 42nd Enlish tea (only 1 FIR needed), Soap/TP can go if you have lavatory lvl 1, Gas Analyzer can use for trade with therapist for Grizzly + UV bulb. Toothpaste can go if you used that for hideout upgrade already. Raven/Badge/Antique-Book only need 1 FIR

You can do more depending on what hideout upgrades you need. Typically easiest way to tell if you need an item is just search it on wiki and it'll show if it's needed for quest/upgrade/barters

you can't level metabolism in your stash, it resets when you go into raid. you can only level it in raid. Unless thats what you did, but it doesn't look like it.
