Once you hit level 46 there's a massive boost in xp from dailies in tarkov and arena, that was the best casual way to get to 55 before they nerfed the xp. I think it keeps going up slightly as you level up but there isn't another 8-10x increase.

Attention, Perception, Search: Loot everything, even things that you dont want, grab them into your inventory and throw em away after. search every box, every bag, everything
hideout management / crafting: well, easy, just have all stations in your hideout produce something, even if its just some trash made out of other trash, just keep productions running
