Well damn. That rules out the 30 minutes in labs timer for the task failure. Maybe try to do another long labs raid? If there isnt another timer you havent hit to trigger his dialogue then maybe contact BSG support. I had a friend get stuck on give the armored case to prapor but he didnt have any dialogue with prapor. BSG took him back a few steps and that fixed it.

Yeah, it's no biggy, and pretty funny - BSG could just implement a button/option in gear rack menu to reset the mannequin model positions . But again, pretty funny. They could jsut as easily add a button called 'Chaos' that makes them spawn randomly, like c lipping upside down through the ceiling xD
