Few points of note: "Enabling Vsync' in EFT seems to be the only way to actually uncap FPS for Tarkov. It isn't actually on, as Nvidia is set to off for Vsync. I would strongly going to advanced graphics settings from your start menu, recommend disabling optimizations for windowed games. I have also been running smooth motion since a week left in last wipe to current. 2.3ms of latency across a 4 hour test and analytics diag. Mileage may vary depending on your PC

Nvidia smooth motion adds input latency. It adds an generated frame between 2 frames. And in order to do that it got to pause the last frame that was supposed to go to the screen, generate an image, put it in, then release the image that was supposed to be posted ages ago

(pve) Tarkov gods gave me the first 4 test drive kills on a silver platter but made me fight like hell for the fifth
got fishing gear and signal 3 done as well
easily the best raid ive ever had (final kill was the fifth test drive)
