what level are you? thats a lot of extra bandages. i would move on from the AI-2's and analgin in favor of vaseline, ibuprofen, and eventually golden stars.
you don't need the A2 rear sight or the scar front sight or the vitor 2" attachment shit, tbh you don't need or want the vast majority of the stuff under the esmarch's. Keep the flashlights, and if you're not level 15 yet, hold onto any found in raid suppressors and scopes / optics so that you can offload them on the flea market for money
