its all about pathing, where will players go once they've hit it, probably wrap around the edge of the map heading towards red rebel, but some may go towards barracks to hit another marked key, so pick a rotation side and find a spot that gives you a low profile, you have to be able to hs a moving target though, but they tend to run in straight lines around the edges of the map so its not to bad

Just depends on your playstyle. For me I get to hit 2 safes + cabinets + jackets in sub 3 minutes or I just run immediately to extract for a rat kit or possibly run into PMC's and get out with heavy juice. All in less than 10 minutes.
