Yeah spawn in with your entire kit halfway through, with all the loot being gone, all the pmcs who spawned early and got the loot are off the map already, and your left with scraps and to fight scavs... sounds fun
then like if we do the same for scavs there becomes less incentive to gamble with your pmc when you can just scav in and coinflip if you joined early enough to get loot.
