There's a "reset this PC" feature in windows 10.

So you don't need install media.

The option "keep files and folders" does keep most but it uninstalls all programs. But still back up in case.

Ok just tested somthing, so on my main account I have a Gmail as a backup, and when I use it to get verification codes they don't show up. However I just registered for a new account using that same email and GUESS WHAT, IT FUXKING WORKING FINE. that means BSG blocks your account from requesting codes after you try to much.. the email doesn't work for my main but works fine for the new account. BSG UNBLOCK OUR FUCKING ACCOUTNS SO WE CAN LOG IN

And I have mail forwarding set up from the gmail to my yahoo and the email show up in my yahoo account from this newly registered bsg account with the no reply address so yahoo is not blocking the emails, BSG this is on your side please help us
