Hello, i have issue while i play tarkov. My mouse keeps randomly disconnecting during gameplay. This thing is happening only in Tarkov. Any other game runs just fine. Its getting annoying since i cant really play or fight like this. It occurs like every 2-3 minutes for period of 2 to 10 seconds and then it just turns on again. This would point to either a problem with the USB bus (physically), a bad chipset driver, outdates bios, a faulty mouse control software, or a mouse hardware fault.

Try all other USB ports you can. If it still happens try another mouse.

A couple of things to try are clearing the game's cache (launcher), reinstalling your graphics driver with a clean install and reinstalling the game.

The game just hanging and going unresponsive is a very broad problem

Hey guys, I'm at wits end here and hoping you can help. About three days ago after a hotfix patch, while playing, my game would tab out, a unity loading bar would pop, and then full crash. Very quickly I could no longer use my hideout without a visual crash, the screen would freeze, but the game sounding like it was still running properly. Now, it's hit or miss whether the game will load at all. I payed attention to the GPU load while playing, right before any of the crashes the card utilization would spike to 99-100%. I verified game files, and card drivers at first to no avail. I have reinstalled Windows in 3 different methods. My card drivers were uninstalled and reinstalled. I haven't messed with BIOS setting yet for the safety of my rig, but at this point I'll take any advice. If there is a way to full wipe my GPU cache that might help. I've heard that my CPU and GPU don't play nice with some engines. I also noticed that Deep Rock Galactic is now crashing for me. My rig specs are:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor, 3200 Mhz, 8 Core, 16 Logical Processor

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW

If running the launcher as admin doesn't work please try reinstalling "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistrutable (x64)" ? Not repair, uninstall and reinstall from microsoft website. This usually fixes this problem with the launcher not opening.

You're looking for "X64 vc_redist.x64.exe" on that page.

You could otherwise try reinstalling the launcher as an option to this, as it would install the same thing but some people have issues getting email verifications.

If you are just now reading this please make a restore point in windows before doing any changes below.

Please go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\config and right click and open machine.config with note pad. Make sure there's no lines between <configuration> and <configSections> like in the picture here. If there is, copy a backup of the machine.config file to your desktop (to be safe) and then delete any extra lines so that it looks like the second picture here and then save the file by going to file > save.

Hello. I've had a problem for about a week. The game crashes on map loading screens. I've been playing for a year and never had any problems. I have already reinstalled the game and updated the graphics card drivers but it didn't work. I have the impression that it happened after last patch. I haven't changed anything else, I haven't updated anything on the computer etc so I guess the problem is on the tarkov side. Has anyone ever had such a problem. At this point I manage to run maybe 1 in 10 games and even then it happens that it turns off while playing.

Usually with this problem, if it's not about RAM issues it could be temporary files related to your graphics driver that only a "clean install" can fix. Can you reinstall your graphics driver but select "custom" and not "express" and check "clean installation" and then reinstall it?
