Currently experiencing an issue where server connection is lost for all players in our group, suspecting someone is overloading servers to boot all players but unsure as to whether or not such a thing is possible or if anyone can benefit from such a thing

Attempting to rejoin multiple times and currently not making it back in, was able to reconnect once prior in the match only to be booted again and not load in greeted by "server connection lost" as opposed to the previous boot wherein I received an error code alongside the previous statement

reset my bios, cleaned pc and forgot battery is out on mb.. before i ran oc ram, 3200mhz with tweaked timings. did a raid after cleaning to check temps, temps was great again. but fps suucked vs before.. not sure if it was server/tarkov beeing tarkov or my ram oc.

If u get the invite and u dont see one of ur teammates player model do that as well ( hit ready and then back) and u should see them again

And if one of ur teammates doesnt see u or doesnt get the invitation let them to the ready back strat

Or u can restart the game only when u will enter a raid (just dont wait alot in the lobby or the glitch will happen again)
(It kinda sucks but ya this is the only fix that we know about )

✅ I have bought the game from Canada (US region) and wanted to let my friend in Germany play. But he gets a region error:

If you get ‘’208 - bad user region’’ when logging into the game. This is due to owning the wrong region version of the game. The solution is to upgrade to the EU version.

Can I do anything to my account to ensure it also works from Germany (EU)?

Hey guys, i have been a really hard time trying to play the game. My ping is just always to high to play i keep disconnecting every raid 3-4 times and end up dying! Im from the middle east and we dont have good servers Turkey and Israel have really bad ping!!! And with the ping lock system its almost impossible for me to play with my buddies in the EU anymore. Please add more ME servers that are good for us. Something around Bahrain or United Arab Emirates would be amazing they are in the middle sort of. I love the game but its almost unplayable at the moment😔😔😔

Anyone have any tips on how to reduce the graininess of the game and make it look like more like pog streamer quality? I do have a decent setup so I'm able to run most settings on high/medium and some on ultra but neither the in game graphics or post FX settings seem to do much in terms of making the game less grainy or jagged. It should. If not nothing he can do... even I can make my game go from grainy to smooth with my shit AMD. It’s a tweak of a bunch of settings. Clarity bloom adaptive sharpen. Plus object lod or w.e it is the slider ones

This time - its been 3 days and still nothing
I haven't changed anything in my email settings and its not in my junk.
Gmail doesn't filter out my junk mail so I should be able to see everything.. and I do.. just not the authentication code mail.

wtf is up with the game of late. lost maybe minimum 30-60fps, if cpu usage isnt maxed out its low. gpu usage is low. and game just loves to stutter, for example just now. two dudes camping. kill one. second one i could not aim at because game stuttered like hell while he was shooting at me

@vivid briar only just saw your reply but it's pretty obvious i met them in LFG here...why would i report my friends for a purposeful TK(blah blah then why report a random) because i know my buddy's would ditch my gear,but this guy tk'd to steal our shit at end of raid. and as far as i know there isn't a specific channel for reporting these kinds of issues? so support would be the 2nd best alternative. because you were entering a game,meaning you spawned but you were restarting game so you were an easy kill for whoever spawned closest to you. Don't forget this is still an Alpha..bugs n stuff happen all the time

OK so i reinstalled windows. using 2700x at 4.25ghz and gtx 980.(sold my 2080ti) before I reinstalled 80-120fps was no issue. now when i 1st spawn in i get 110 and it just slowly drops over time. after 10 minutes im at 59fps. lowest settings. changing the res doesn't change the fps. gpu usage 51% cpu is 20%. nothing is getting hot and throttling. I can't figure out wtf happened

I would say that your cpu is a bottleneck, its from 2012. Best bet is to check your usage while loading in in task manager.

Can only play on the lab, all the other maps give me like 40 - 55 fps since last update.

I've never had any problems with Tarkov except Stutter's which I fixed via getting a better computer now the only difficulties I get is the fact I have to reinstall the game sometimes and I load in late to raids which was also a problem i've never had, It lags when I am loading in kind of but when I play I get about 50 - 60+ FPS which is weird

I always have to wait after zero and sometimes i don't even get a timer and get plopped into the match late after awaiting session start. you may just be quitting before your computer loaded the match therefore you throwing away the gear you brought into the match.

I have a question regarding my friends game which I gifted. He got the region activation for Europe. He is in china but he can't access the servers beside Asia. He is also using VPN but it still the same result. He has now confirmed that even the support page confirms that the copy he is having is for Europe, but still can only access asia servers.

Hey guys, I am kinda new and have two questions in which one game related the other hardware related:

I always thought you could recognize a bot scav because it can only carry 1 main gun > I just had a game with someone that had to be a botscav which had 2 main weapons?
I just upgraded from a 6700k to a 9900k and I have to say it is a bless fps/stability wise, but I noticed my GPU is rendering at 99% alot of the time in which my renderlatency becomes (alot) higher then at my 6700k (~7 ms to ~15 ms), is this bad and is there a way to fix this?

Hi all. I am unable to login to the launcher. The Windows 2004 update has dropped my device ID and I am not getting the verification code email. I am getting other emails from BSG. Also when I log into my account on the website, the change email option is unavailable. The create account link form the launcher shows a 403 error

Every time I reconnect I get kicked for "Low Connection Quality" which would be fine but I have no way of getting my gear out of the raid.

If you're going to kick me out for poor connection then make it so that I'm not even able to connect to the server in the first place, I don't want to be cheated out of my insure cost, ammo and meds or worse someone finds my disconnected body and takes everything I had.

No one takes hacker reports in the Discord, you have to do it via the launcher and have a name to report.
