I just bought tarkov and after loading it from the launcher it just sits at the menu screen and the menu never shows up (the menu screen with the tree branch ) Has anyone else had this problem? I found people online claiming to have fixed it by turning antivirus off and running as administrator but nothing I have tried has made any difference. IIt's super frustrating I bought this game with my last few bucks and I have not been able to even play it.

********* UPDATE! PROBLEM FIXED! ***** Solved!!!! All u need to do is delete the local.ini and shared.ini files in folder C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Escape from Tarkov. For some reason these files were bugged or something and they were not being removed when I was uninstalling and reinstalling. As soon as I went in and manually deleted the 2 .ini files Tarkov loaded up perfect and went right to the menu! Thanks alot for all your help, especially you @iCorey !!!!!

can someone please help.. played the game all week. Tried to do a fresh reinstall. The thing @night holly sent has varying success but works for most. If that’s doesn’t work use a vpn to change to somewhere else within your purchased region and that fixed it for me

These were server issues that were sent last night, I’m not sure where they are now but I used my vpn to change to a region that wasn’t in the outages and it started working instantly.

Sorry to keep reposting, but i'm having an issue where in during loading into a raid i get to "Connecting to server 100%" then my game appears to freeze for afew moments before saying "Server connection lost" and sending me back to the main menu. after that i can reconnect and enter the raid just fine. i've only encountered one other person having the same issue, anyone else know if this is to do with the recent updates we've had over the last few days? thanks.

Anyone else having or hear of people having issues with downloading from the launcher? When I went to install the last update, it got all the way to the end and stopped. I let it sit for 30+ minutes and then stopped and restarted it, did the same thing. I uninstalled the entire game and tried to reinstall and now it won’t even download. I deleted all Tarkov files and folders, tried again, and still won’t download. I even tried factory resetting my PC thinking it was me, and that didn’t work. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix/work around?

Reece that would be a server issue. a 504 bad gateway should be achieved if you wait long enough on the download. Unfortunately, there isnt a fix for us quite yet, i dont think.
