Hi! We are a gaming bar so we have multiple players logging into EFT. Apparently the login attempt restriction is IP based and if someone enters their login information wrong or fails the stupid CAPTCHA we are all locked out for way too long.

Could there be a way on BSG's end to exclude an IP nor how we should deal with this?

@jovial haven gear you get off players majority of the time will be not fir because they bring that gear from their stash so unless they get that gear all in that raid every single time majority of the time a players gear will always be non-fir

the only things that will fir will be stuff that spawn in during this particular raid so if it is brought in from another map or from your stash none of the items from you or other players will be counted as fir

A friend of mine is getting "awaiting session start" before raids and he never gets into the game. We've tried a VPN, a server change, a restart, and it still happens. Its incredibly frustrating because we're trying to play together. Anyone have any kind of similar problem or fix? I saw a 2018 hotfix the devs did but it didnt seem to keep working.

@earnest iris even when solo? He might need to reinstall, try a faster SSD as well. The game can be buggy and it took me and my friends multiple installs before it was working as intended. Pray for no packet loss during install and it'll work eventually.. after 3 installs I got it working on my SSD but I couldn't get it working on my HDD. Dunno if that helps but ye, be persistent, it'll start working eventually

Oh and one of my friends got it working on his m.2 drive but not his SSD or HDD

Dunno if it really would be best to ask here but I think tarkov should run better on my system than it does. I have a 9900k at 5ghz and 2080 super. With everything maxed I’m averaging 55-65fps in customs but if I minimize everything but resolution and texture quality I still don’t get over 90fps except for maybe in doors. With a 120hz monitor it’s obviously disappointing to not use all of the refresh rate available. Am I missing something?

my system isn't great so i can't offer any advice for high end systems. but personally, i lower settings, maybe you have your LOD stuff too high

lower LOD settings gives you an advantage is some places... long distant bushs, not soo much

some bushs turn to 2d models.. and some vanish when far enough

keep tweaking stuff... if you can't get the frames right maybe try a reinstall or run something like ccleaner to get rid of any junk/temp files that might cause issues.

i haven't noticed much of a difference, inital loads are worse from me, doubling in time from 40-45 seconds to load map to now being 45-50 seconds then hitching until about 1min 20 seconds. but in game frames seem fine

Ok so I just ran a pmc run on factory we cleared out everything and down to 2 minutes I got a Server connection loss but when i returned to the menu I had the loading thing for around 2-3 minutes. @trim apex cheaters are different in every region. being scav loads you make noise on spawn, pmc's always chamber your gun before entering to ensure no sound was made. that way you can limit the chances of it just being a legit with a headset.

Question. my Tarkov keeps freezing and then crashing when loading into a game, its been happening since the after the 12.7 wipe. i thought maybe it was due to ram spikes, so i adjusted the page file for memory allotment, disabling and enabling physical cores, auto ram cleaner and so on, my settings havent changed since January so i cant imagine it is related to that, yes im in fullscreen too. ive even gone as far as to uninstall the launcher and the game and still same issue

12 Hours ago, everything was just fine, i was playing tarkov with friends.
today i fired up my machine wanted to start tarkov and battleye all of a sudden blocks a whole lot of important dlls, including opengl32.dll, so the game wont start anymore.

I have not changed ANYTHING, no driver update or something like that, no new programs, i just booted and wanted to start tarkov.

I smell, that theres a problem with my windows insider build (i entered windows insider like a month ago, to install windows build 2014 to be able to use the new directX GPU feature) windows kept telling me, that my build will "expire" 31.07.2020 (yesterday) could it be that it actually DID and batlleye is now regarding my windows as "pirated" ?
