Hello,i've got some technical problems. When i try to enter a raid on shoreline i get stuck in the loading screen. It stops loading the map at 11% and then the game crashes...I dont have the same problem with the other maps. I opened the task manager and noticed that with shoreline the ram usage spikes up and climbs up to 12GB,with the other maps the ram doesnt go past the 5GB at all.

Tarkov stoped work properly for me, my fps went all the way down to 70ish. I got no idea why, i tried to reinstall game, drivers, changing settings but it seems like nothing really matter in terms of fixing fps stuttering. Even my gpu loads only for 40-60%. Any help, please. Ryzen 3600 1080ti

I've got a suspected memory leak when loading the match in shoreline. The load gets stuck at loading map 11% and then the ram usage spikes to 16GB of ram(thats my max) and then after a bit the game crashes..anyone can help? i tried the following:updating drivers,clearing the game cache,giving my system some virtual memory,and using a memory cleaner. Hi can anyone help me out. I started having problems with my Audio after trying to install Nahimic 3 on my pc. My pc is not compatible with it so i deleted it. Ever since then discord has been blocking the audio for Tarkov only on my PC. Every other audio would work, other games, chrome etc. After uninstalling Discord and restarting my pc i got audio back. After closing the game, the next time i loaded in i lost audio again. I submitted a support ticket. They told me to do a clean boot. I did that and i have audio again. So its obvious that a program or application is blocking Tarkovs audio. What i need to know is how to i go through and determine which one is doing it? Thanks in advance.

@vivid briar It honestly varies on whether support has a backlog of tickets or not. Also making another ticket or adding extra will put you back to the end of the queue

ok me and my frinde have the same problem that you and her have not same isp but his isp respone good to servers that i have problem with and same thing to me when i invite him the resolve for this we did we ping the lowest server only 1 and it worked but some time there is high ping spike make me kicked so i use exitlag to give me best ping on the server i chose in tarkove im not saying u have to use it but try the first one and see

@vivid briar I was gifted the game by a friend in January. I’m just as confused as you are. I put a ticket in with BSG. I have the emails and all to prove it too. I have the emails from BSG to my person email for the big reports I’ve submitted. And then I have the email I got yesterday when I created a new account to see if it would even let me. With the same email. So the email had to have been changed or the whole account was deleted. My friend can still see me on his friends list however.

My friend has played the game for about a month but doesn't really like doing quests so his traders are all level 1-2. He wants me to buy him a SICC Case if he pays me, over the course of a few raids or just brings me in items worth a SICC Case. Seeing as a SICC Case is only worth 600-750k would that be ill-advised to do? Are the Mass Bans still happening? Is it against any TOS I should know about? I know people have traded items before but don't know if theres any new system against it with the RMT bots at work.

I keep getting the Backend Error: Unknown Error despite doing all the usual checks with internet connection, verifying my files, uninstalling, updating all my current drivers, resetting the modem, clearing my cache, allowing access through my firewall, etc.
I have attempted a few of the pinned solutions as well as searched this error in the discord channel to see if anyone was providing solutions to this error (unfortunately I haven't seen anyone providing any to people who have come across the same error) Not very many solutions on reddit either

How long does the support take to anwser? I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I've lost acces to my primary e-mail account but still have my back up email, can't log into the launcher because it sents a confirmation code to my primary e-mail

hey all 🙂 i'm running into an interesting audio issue. I can hear loads of audio in game, and I'm playing with a friend who, like me, is a new character to the game. He's able to hear people crashing through trees/bushes 25-50 meters out, but I can't hear these players unless they are right in front of me. Something that worked for me, (had the same with a sicc case)
I emptied everything out of it and moved it then.
For me it was seemingly one key that was bugging out and thus the case couldn't be moved
