I tried asking this in the main chat but it's a dumpster fire in there.... Is everyone getting games that are far laggier than they used to be? Like it was normal for the first minute or so to be a bit jumpy, but i'd say a good 30-50% of the games I play in the last 2-3 weeks have had SERIOUS lag issues the entire raid. Grenades not going off until they bounce for 30 seconds, people teleporting all over the place, people unloading 2 whole mags after the person is dead because the server hasn't updated yet, etc. etc.

BSG, you really need to pull your shit together when banning legit accounts. Convinced friend 2 weeks ago to join EFT, he literally spends > 100$ on EOD version, plays for 2 weeks, sucks as bad as I do at the game, and he gets banned. Now what we suspect is that either his Logitech GHUB might be the cause, or a NVG helmet he looted after killing a guy on factory on night, or he might have just been in a raid with RMT traders.
Not asking to unlift his ban, he's so furious, that he even closed his support ticket and said he doesn't want to deal with this shit, if accidental bans are a thing in this game. The way he sees this is that you spend 150$ on a PRE-ORDER to freaking support the development of a game, not even getting the final product that you bought for a long while, and then get banned for no reason. That might be legally considered money theft in some jurisdictions.
Again, not asking to unlift his ban. Hey, that's all the cheaters ask for right? "Please unban me, I have done nothing wrong!"
But the problem still stands, this is worse than having cheaters & RMTs in a game. Accidental bans without any possibility to have support contact or somebody PROPERLY investigate the ban, is going to kick back so hard on the community on the long term.
and yes, it's also sad that this can't be sorted out unless you're a streamer...

Let me paint you the picture: so this guy is a successful 38y old software architect working for a pretty big gaming company (the one that ends with *soft), he owns a 60k car, and basically has 0 reasons to cheat for money. Now, the second reasons for cheaters is frustration, this is understandable, but considering that he pretty much has a free copy of all released / unreleased games of that big company's portfolio, this is just a game for him, a pretty addictive one, but another game in a big library. THIS IS WHY he doesn't care if the support ticket is resolved or not, because working in the gaming industry he knows what this type of things mean for the players / customers of a company. Also, not having a support ETA on the ticket is somewhat problematic. Will it get investigated, today, this week, this year maybe? We don't have that time. WHY you may ask, I'm a 35y old with daughter that is coming back from vacation this week. I will not have the opportunity to play this game again for a long time.
So to get the reasons/ suspicions of ban out of the way, my main concerns is also the bigger problem behind it. People will get accidentally banned, I fully agree with this. But searching for the forums, and see also TWEAK's ban, this might not be that uncommon.
But yeah, I will probably open a ticket on his behalf, just to prove you wrong. Or maybe he's really a cheater, maybe he does that out of frustration for that competitive advantage, to get to that precious 1 mil roubles, and level 12 in 2 weeks. If only we had good games, or loads of money / gear because of his cheating, and not getting freaking squad wiped in almost every match by rat hunters. Or get camped at spawns on woods :(

The current SOP (standard operating procedure ) for Sherpa in the Sherpa hub discord is to NOT drop kit or high value items to the players we're assisting on the offchance you will be flagged by the anti RMT system.
This remains in effect until we are otherwise notified by BSG.
It is advised groups follow suit , don't drag your buddy's kit out of the raid, stash it and re up. If you need kit, scav raids and money raids are gonna be the move.

So I recently added 8 more gigs of ram to my computer which was yesterday night and since then when I get into the lobby or wait in the lobby or que into a game may game screen freezes but if i hover my curser on top of the back out button I can back out I tried everything to fix it I unistalled the game reinstalled it in a different ssd and different folder I check the integirty of the files but nothing seems to be fixing the problem I would greatly appreciate if anyone can dm me if the y know the solution because after 3 hours of researching and trying to fix the problem it seems that it had no affect . I am getting connection issues constantly, my internet is fine but I get random disconnects, doors not opening/closing, dying behind walls because I peeked and then moved back to cover, indestructible scavs. The game is unplayable this is ridiculous. I can't even have an enjoyable experience in the main menu because every menu I click on my screen freezes for like 2 seconds. It gets worse with every patch. They add content but no improvements made on the state of the game

has anyone else been having the moving id error when collecting insurance? if im in the insurance screen longer then estimate 45 seconds and moving stuff, it gives me an error 202 or 220 or something and then it goes back to home screen and it does not save what i moved to my stash and its no longer available in the insurance collection screen. i keep losing 80 percent of insurance due to this. ive had 2/3 times where i move it fast enough and hit save and then go to menu and hit trading and then it will still do the backend error moving id error thing and nothing saves.
