You get drops about ever 3-6 hours, make sure not to have the stream muted via twitch: mute the browser.
And make sure your twitch is set to online

I really do not get what has happened. I am starting to have quite severe stuttering problems while in raid. Frame drops to under 50 when I am usually at 60-80. Really long loading times out and into raids even though I'm using an nvme ssd. Never had any of these issues before

For the past week I've had a couple standard DCs. After twitch drops started I've run about 15 raids in which each one I have DC’d 5-7 times until finally being killed. First I tested different servers, nope problem continued. Then I did all the normal on off/not up to date tests and even ran my internet for 10 minutes with startrinity (monitors latency) I was at 121ms/avg, not a single drop which brings me to believe this is 100% not client side. If I'm dumb correct me but I'm pretty sure whatever was done this morning screwed up some peoples servers. IF there is a similar bug for others this update i would love to know

I can never load into reserve. I load into every other map perfect fine, usually even faster than most of my friends. But whenever I try and load into reserve my game takes forever to load, and when I eventually get in it’s at 1/2 FPS and then i get a server connection error. Specs are 16gb of DDR4, Gtx 1060, i57500, and I have the game installed onto a 250gb Kingston ssd.

With regards to the support ticket, I'm sure that BSG is doing their best to respond to all tickets as fast as possible - with the Covid-19 pandemic, they're probably not as fast as they would normally be, and this is the case with pretty much every Customer Support Centre. If you haven't already, you should get a screenshot of the error message you get when trying to reset the password, and update your ticket with that.
None of us users here can probably help you with this as your issue seems very technical and outside of our range of help - you could try asking @brisk bane or @hard storm for some tech help (sorry for the ping guys) - but don't spam them as they're the Tech Support guys here and are probably very busy

So i think it has to be a driver/service that is running because i had no direct programs running.
Also i mostly use Linux and have nearly nothing installed on my windows as its mostly for gaming only. :/
