I am also being basically region locked because of the new ping caps.
But don't be disrespectful and hot headed, just respectfully submit a ticket and your complaint on other forums, so the Devs know that they're basically locking out quite a significant portion of their player base from playing with each other.
I won't be playing the game until this is resolved. Which is mighty unfortunate since I truly wanted to support and enjoy the game, but there is no point when I'm region locked to a set of servers with shoddy connections, high level of hackers, and 10-15+ minute queue times for a match.
With the sole fact I'll be unable to play with absolutely ALL my friends from back home.

Could anyone help me with my audio? I turned on steam audio and for some reason things seem switched - for example, when running down the wall by Customs dorms, with the wall on my left hand side gunshot audio was only coming out of my left headset which confused me very much. Haven’t been able to tell any more blatant things like that but its still rather hard to pinpoint noise

Anyone having issues with certain weapons. The ones I have noticed are SKS, Mozen. I can mod a Mozen in many different ways. Before the wipe I tested it with a scope, iron sights and it was not hitting where I was aiming.

Whenever I play Tarkov, the FPS starts off fine, but after about a minute it drops off heavily, like from 60 fps to 3 fps. Can someone explain to me why it might be that when I see a moving scav sometimes and can still move items in my inventory without them blinking, once I shoot the scav I get a disconnect after some seconds and then find myself dead?
Sometimes I even kill the scav and I'm able to get back in but that rarely happens if I don't hit the head.
I rarely have those "walking people in place" - disconnects just random aprupt ones

@forest mirage I get multiple micro stutters and my fps drop 20fps when someone gets within 100-150m near me. I get 6-10 solid lock up when opening a container, a dead body or my own inventory in game. try that during a fire fight. these last two updates 12.5 and 12.6 have been utter shite.

We have asked for a test server, where we can bug test new ammo, hit detection etc for 2 years. And if we get that we will find and report them, so the rest of the community don’t get this experience. Go to the forum and you get banned or post get deleted. For asking basic question or giving bug reports. And no there is no use to go true the bug report in launcher. Takes 6-12 weeks before they see it. And no its not ok that basic core game mechanics is broken.

Ok so what the fugg did BSG break. My Issue right now is that somehow, in some way, BSG broke the optimization for the game. My loading time for every map has gone up to the point of being absolutely unplayable when during the previous update I could load in just fine. FPS is never an issue, performance is not an issue. My game is on my SSD but even THEN .12 somehow fugged up my loading time, especially in loading loot. If its necessary: gtx1050 and i5-6200HQ + 8gb ram

I had that at the start of the wipe. I tried everything I could think of and followed guides online. It's either a driver not playing nice with the new patch or hard/software issues. I had to completely uninstall my game that fixed majority of my crashes so I went from within 5 minutes I'd bsod every raid to one in about 20. After that I updated my bios and did a clean install of win10 and have been problem free since so I'd try the complete uninstall and then redownload first to see if that fixes it. If not search for any updates for firmware and drivers. Then lastly if you still get the bsod, I'd recommend to do a clean install of windows

So try that and if you want do a sfc before the clean install but honestly to make things simply I'd just recommend the clean OS install if you have the time, files backed up or have a separate drive for just the os

I went ahead and installed the new update for the launcher. It now wants me to retype my password. Only problem is, I didn't realize I would ever have to retype it and I use different variations of the same password plus a few other ones for all the different connections I have.
What even does happen if I run out of attempts?

I kinda did this to a user a couple of days ago who couldn't access the website confirmation code to download the launcher - they said they successfully downloaded the launcher and was fine afterwards

So I have just had something strange happen to me in game just now when I logging back on since yesterday. I ended off the night last night with a successful scav run, and extracted with quite a bit of good loot, and a nice kitted HK, and a nicely kitted AK I got off a PMC, so after getting out with all that I quit, but when I came back, a bunch the stuff is just gone completely, and disappeared. Has anyone else ever had this happen to them at all, items just disappearing from their stashes that is?

@mossy badger It's not a bug. What ever you find in your current raid, and and then dies in that raid, does not get marked as "Found in raid". this is to prevent naked running around and looting.

Why are there no server who actually work for west european players? Every server is unplayable. Even the sub 30 ms ping servers are gargabe. Since 12.6 the game is not playable. There is no raid without a disconnect/blinking items.

Man ,the amounts of bugs that I have that needs me to reconnect to the game is ridiculous.
The cant-shoot-bug went sky high and every second scav run I join I am out of sync with the server.
That sky rocketed since the wipe.
And there is no chance that there will ever be a bug reported because of this, because people need to click the 'oh your game crashed, want to send a report?' window away so you can rejoin.

Some servers are 170 ping, i get ping kicked, some servers are 120 when i play with american friends. Can't the server check the person's ping and change servers before connecting. I went in a regular pmc.... and kicked after 60 seconds, reconnected, kicked. Why does the server allow you to connect in the first place? Surely, the server should look for the best for all parties. It's roulett with servers, some i get kicked on, some i dont

@small inlet The sad part is, i have american friends, im from UK. we play tarkov together. It's literially a roulett between servers, the servers don't seem to find the best server ping. some games are 120 ping, some are 160. The servers should warn you before you enter instead of having to chance every game.
Personally i think, if no proxy isp is detected, and your from a Uk/US location, the ping limit should remain 200, in order to combat cheaters, it's spilting communities
