I am having an issue, it is my fault but still a problem. The other day I dropped my red rebel (insured) for an axe, because I thought I was a scav. But when I dropped it, it didnt go anywhere, it just vanished. I looked all around but it was either invisible or glitched. Either way, I may not get my red rebel back because of this bug. I still have a few hours before it reaches maximum time for it to come back, but i have had a lot of stuff back from yesterday already so it should be here by now theoretically.

@worthy aspen the game no longer allows you to pick regions with high ping. The server ping limit is set to 250, any higher and you will get booted from the match. You have to set it to auto or the closest server to your physical location.

@cursive cove go to your file explorer and in the top type %appdata% that should take you to appdata/roaming delete the Battlestate games folder in there (both the game and launcher need to be closed for this) then go back one folder so you see the Local folder and Locallow folder, delete the Battlestate games folder in both of them as well, then restart the launcher.
then you will need to log in again and tell the launcher where tarkov is installed

I believe on the website their is a forum for reporting. You need to submit video evidence @grand galleon I would suggest geforce playback and set it to 30 seconds or a minute so if it happens again you can submit the video of your death and the players name

Hello i need support with my game

Any idea how to review a perma ban? My teammate who I've been playing with for 2 years on different games received an email this morning banning him for using hacks or cheats. There is absolutely no way he would have done this. He's never been banned on any other game and wouldn't on this because we both like the grind aspect. It was mentioned to him in the email, that they would not even listen to an appeal and any emails he would send would simply be ignored, which personally, I find pretty worrying as we pay good money for this game and any chance of being perma banned without any proof of log entries supporting the ban is very worrying. After spending the day trying to get this sorted we've come across a couple of forum posts in the EFT support saying that certain hardware like Razor can project a "false positive". We need help as he's devastated on the possibility of losing Tarkov. He's just spent upto £100, having his pc fixed as his ram took a hit and had to have new ones put it. He's also just informed me that a Trojan virus hit his PC within the last 24 hrs and maybe that might have something to do with it.

you can see everything, and you just need to screenshot the name of the person who killed you.
you can complain here but thats ineffective compared to going to the forum and submitting the report. That is how it works with any game that allows you to submit reports.

i have 5 people I play with and ALL of them got it to work and we all have different builds.

but there is always a work around that is the point of cheats. the cheats are made to fight the anti-cheat system and be a reactive system.

I just downloaded geforce experience so that i could use the in game filters and now my game has eye relief on my scopes, ive never had this issue before. I know that you are supposed to change your fov to fix it but that hasn't changed it at all. The black circle has stayed the exact same and I can't find any way to fix it, i tried turning off my filters to see if that was the issue, I made sure that geforce experience hadnt changed any of my ingame settings as well.
